What a night!! Dave and Bruce played some awesome choons to warm the crowd up for G&D... a lot of it was on the housier side of prog and I fkn loved the shit. Good job guys, you totally had the place (which was packed) jumping!!! G&D tore the place apart, following a great opening set. I was really surprised (pleasantly that is) by the techy elements that made up a lot of their set. Killer basslines and perc lines had me erect for most of the time. So so so many choons were dropped, but of course the best parts were having Joel's and my requests filled for Mindcircus and Hello, respectively. I just about shat my upper intestine through my sphincter, it was THAT AWESOME. All the classics at the end went off, and if I had more info on their newer material that was so damn good, I'd elaborate on that.

Great to see everyone. There were a few that I didn't bump into, such as Nicole, but damn everyone else was there. Drew, Armando, Dave, Bruce, Joel, Jacob, Ryan... the place was packed all the way up until 3:30ish when we left! Keep in mind this is SAN ANTONIO and EDM. WTF?

Choon!!

That's not standard MO for San Antonio; procedure there is to stab someone with something barbed or splintered until dead. Shooting people is a Dallas experience. Houston is a strangulation kind of town, but only if the humidity doesn't drown you in the open air first. No one dies in Austin except by suicide once the lawsuit comes down the pipeline.

When in Rome and all that. . .:happy2:

Wish we had been there!! We briefly toyed with the idea of flying down, but that didn't last long... just got back from a trip :0) Miss you guys... go Dave!!!

Thanks guys, it was a great experience and definitely the most fun I've had all year.

Thanks to everyone that came out. I didn't have a chance to find everyone but I did run into Mark, Ryan, Armando, and Mr Packer.

Here's our tracklist from last night. I wanted to play a more appropriate set, but it was hard balancing it all out. You live and learn...
