Problems with a cycloops sampler

I've ran into a problem with my sampler and was wondering if anyone on here could lend me some advice. I've sent this e-mail to redsound detailing the problem:
| quote: | Hi there
I've recently encountered some problems with my cycloops sampler which I've had for over two years now. I have the model prior to the one on your web site at the moment, and it had been relitavely trouble free up until recently.
When I turn the headphone volume up the sampler is failing to read the bpm of the record or cd playing thru the headphone channel and it no longer flashes when it's ready to record a sample. I know I have everything connected properly and I have sound coming out the headphones which are plugged into the c-loops. I've tried different cabling but this has had no effect.
I was wondering if this was a common fault on this model and if you knew of any way to fix it, or if it has ran it's course.
Let me know either way
Thanks |

| Never using cycloops myself, my best guess would be some kind of distortion is coming from your mixer into the unit from the headphone jack, which is "confusing" the machine. Although if you just started having this problem, something may have fried. :conf: |
