It is up to all of us living in this country to question and criticize our government officials in power because they are supposed to be working for THE PEOPLE. Thats the beautiful thing about this country and that is the freedom to be able to do just that (even though that is slowly starting to dissappear). So it is one's reposibility to use that freedom while we still have it. I can't stand the whole "you're either with us or against us mentality that the "patriotism police" are passing off these days. The following quote by Bill Hicks pretty much sums up how I feel about this matter: "I hate patriotism man. It's a round world that last time I checked".
PS I agree with you on most points cyrus but its just not cool to start insulting everyone like that man. |

I disagree with all of you idiots especially Cyprus, Joel, Packwank, Danny Ocean, Dirk, etc...
I used to live with a guy from Saudi Arabia for a year and talking to him and all of his friends and family lets me know you're all full of . Conservative liberal whatever you're all full of and have no idea what you're talking about. |

Yeah, I was a proud "Bleeding Heart Liberal" until I graduated college, had to get a job, pay taxes, start a family and buy a house. I was liberal until I basically grew up...
I posted the pic, b/c its funny and true. If you can't laugh at your self there is something wrong.
