Because Israel is the U.S police officer in the middle-east.
If Israel did'nt exist the Terrorists\arab countries would have planned what ever the they want against the US and then attack the U.S because they are 'evil' or make porn or whatever...:stongue: |

Mate if Israel didn't exist there wouldn't be any of these terrorists! (well, these wouldn't be half as many and it would be highly unlikely they would be directing their attention to America) |

Wow! talk about ignorance is bliss.
One of the hot topics currently being discussed here is the history of the Muslim Brotherhood. See the documentary in its entirety, and you'll see that these organizations just use Israel as an excuse, but really almost all of them would be around anyways:

Dunno, there's just summat about American documentaries that make me think that they're, well,
Anyway, I'm well aware of the Muslim Brotherhood, it's origins and aims, but I was refering to the terrorists that were created in response to Israel (PLO/Hamas/Hizballah/etc). But if you wanna talk about the MB then they were set up to take over from Middle Eastern countries so they didn't end up like America, but were not set up to attack America. The reasons they (ie the heirs of the MB) now have America in their sights is because of their involvement in the Middle East - oil and Israel. So American bases in Saudi Arabia (oil) is probably the main reason and we could say that this is exclusive of Israel and therefore there would still be terrorists with America in their sights, but Israel provides the focal point for hatred as it is something they can all see the effects of so without Israel, altho they'd still be pissed off with America, it probably wouldn't be to the same degree... |

i think you are dead wrong,just check out all these terror parades in arab countries - look at these people eyes and tell me they all really care about they're "arab brothers".
Its all bull,terrorists are people who feeds off from hate PERIOD!.
It can be really hard to understand but terrorists have a completly diffrent life philosephy than ours,theyre life serve a diffrent purpose,they take pleasure out of diffrent things than you and me and they act according to totaly diffrent moral standarts - dont you think that the existence of a world leading country which is not arab and living in COMPLETE sin pisses them off? why not take a ride to heaven while attacking this horrible country who hurts allah?
They are afraid from democracy like the western world feared communism in the past.
It's just my theory,you dont have to agree with it.
It's just how i see terrorists,you can see them as "freedom fighters" if you want to i dont care. |

Well I think your views are blurred by your country's situation. Exactly the same as some people in the UK view the IRA in Northern Ireland and extend that to the rest of the catholic population.
I don't need a lecture from you or anyone else about terrorists and how their minds work I'm quite capable of understanding that myself. If you want me to give my attention to what you say then you're gonna have to be a little less emotional about what you say and instead approch it more rationally, until then, I don't think opinions like yours above count for anything (as well as the fact I think you happen to be wrong) |

Try and watch the documentary Death In Gaza.

| The US supports Israel as much as it does because the US is a backward country. They are deeply religious and it shows in their leaders. The leaders and American people believe the Judea religion is a friend of theirs and that they must protect it from the evil muslims. |

Big boss, maybe you should worry first about all the corruption going on in the Russian government before you accuse the US of being a backwards country :haha:
And while some of the US leaders are somewhat religious, the United States government is a secular government. This country was founded on the basis of freedom of religion. If you actually took the time to study the Middle East you'd see that the leaders of Iran have pledged to fight a Jihad war on the western world, and to force it to beocome part of the radical Shiite Muslim world. That's what's at play here really - one side (Iran) threatening to force its backwards religion on the rest of the world, and the other side defending itself. Don't believe me that the Shiite muslim religion is backwards and fundamental? Look at what the Taliban did in Afghanistan in the name of religion. Television was banned, women were degraded to second class or slave like status, and everyone was forced to prey and support the big religious leaders. That to me is backwards. Anyone who opposed them was killed or jailed.
But what do you know about things like that. You come from a country that supported Hitler back in World War II (before Hitler stabbed it in the back). You come from a country that supported Fidel Castro, and a country that supported North Korea.
There's a lot of nice, friendly Russians, but the Russian government has never shown to the world to ever be as progressive and intelligent as the US government (not that the US government never makes mistakes, but not on the same scope as Russia).
Remind me again, the Chernobil distaster of 1986 in the Ukraine whose fault was that - Russia's or America's?
It's time Russia became a clear ally of the United States and Europe, and stopped siding with radical regimes. |
