PARENTS Vs TRANCE!!!! (pg. 4)

| Well all I have to say is that at least you parent's only dislike trance. My parent's are hardcore god-shouters, and just today they absolutely forbid me to "bring that evil" in the house! Can you belive that...I am 20 years old! My mom claims to have been doing some reasearch on trance and she says that, first of all, the name alone should tell me that it is bad...'I mean why would you want to listen to something that puts you in a "trance"', and secondly, trance is an early form of satanism, and if you listen to it enough...sooner or later you will become posessed!!!! I have even tried everything to show them how melodic and uplifting it can be with styles like Robert Miles and stuff, but they are just so closed minded that they can't even be reasoned with...OH-well... |

| my parents say "they picked a good name for this trance music, it puts me in a trance". but she doesnt mean it in a good way. my dad likes some songs, like tenth planet-ghosts, he likes the vocals in that. |

| my mother's favourite kinda music is Trance.... her fave songs are Kamaya painters - far from over, dj digress - baila para mi, and dj dean - malaria.... she loves all that stuff..... so when my evil step dad is at work, her and i blast trance throughout the house..... |

hahaha.....its cool to have my parents that like trance....
my parents as many others dont like it, complain about the bass, and they think its just meaningless, but then again....i obviously dont really care! :p |

| well my mom likes trance, a bit. she likes the epic mellow ones with some nice beat and melody. kinda cheesy too like atb-dont stop, till i come, alice deejay. but her best ones r i need your lovin and walhalla. those aint cheese so i must say she has good taste. but my dad doesnt like it that much. all he says it sounds like bang bang bang. same repetitive monotone . i feel like choke slamming him for that. |

| whenever i am sitting on the comp, no matter if im wearin headphones or not, my dad knows im listening to trance. he looks at me and starts dancing really weird just to embaress me. then he'll come up to me and go "hey we should go clubbing some day so i can show everyone how good i dance" no mattter what i listen to they laugh. if im listening to rap my dad will go "hey yo whats up yo" and if im listening to alternative hell start headbanging. weirdo. |
