Tried and tried to find this sound - help?

OK, this is my favorite trance string/pad - whatever it is. Sounds like a string with a low string and a high string playing and maybe a low pass filter or something - maybe it's all about the EQ... but I can't get it. Please see the sample below:
Any help is GREATLY appreciated - samples, programming tips, presets, anything!

What song is this sample from? Great pad sound!
This pad sounds like two different pads combined. First it has an "airy/breath" type of sound easly found in most Korg romplers (see below) and some Roland units (see below) second it has a low detuned analog style pad which is two sine oscilators with one detuned and both with a slow attack and lots of filtering.
You can make sounds like this on the following synths:
Korg 01/W,05R,Nx
Korg Triton
Korg Wavestation
Roland JD-800 (990), 1080, 2080, xp series, some JV series.
