havent posted here in a while. havent been producing much because of college/work/priorities but i recently made this one. sort of happy with it considering my 1-2 month drought of producing. needs work on the mix, some sounds need to be beefed up later and throughout the track. hope you guys like it. may be too repetitive for some.

The atmosphere is awesome and I really like the melody it makes me happy. Not too repetitive. Just finish it! :happy2:

Finished or not... I like it!

kick sounds a little muddy. I agree with a little too much reverb, but only on some of the instruments. Really big room feel I like it. We're losing the kick in the mix right now since so much is going on. At 2 mins something weird happens and it doesn't flow into it right. The progression is fine, but I think it's portamento or something.

Breakdown is about to start...

Not really digging the atmosphere right now...really odd feeling. Things are starting to pick up. That pad is being lost in the mix. Needs less reverb. That flanged panning effect is getting annoying now. It's too loud, it should sit in the back of the mix more. Sounds like you're attempting an orchestral breakdown. I like it, but the atmosphere doesn't fit it well. Try some different, more lush, or really strong powerful pads instead. I like the climax and all, but that panning effect thing is kind of distracting my attention from the rest of the sounds. Great track, but it just stops? Make an outro too. I think the breakdown can be shortened up and maybe have a more uplifting atmosphere if that's what you were going for. Overall nice track, good melodies but could use some structural working.

thanks desert trance for digging my track. it could be a lot better if i had the gear available.

w-ashley, i appreciate you trying to make my sound better. your mix kinda feels too fast for the original feel of the track. it sounds good though (because im bais!). thanks for the input Ashley, i love being critized because of my stature.

Lindo: yea i used a whole bunch of reverb. maybe a little too much. but with the gear that im using, i feel like it's the best i can do. the flanged panning effect is too loud. im just too lazy to refine it all because it's such a hassle (CPU can only take so much).

thank you all for the input, honestly. i love the honesty behind everything.

im about to post another track....
