I just purchased a set of nightclubs and the manual doesnt mention anything about the height of the cartridge, as i'd like to set the height of my tonearm according to it, any help is much appreciated!

here is a link to the specs incase you may find something relevant

i too am curious about tone arm height too...i know there is a way to figure out what the height is supposed to be but the instructions are rather amigious. is there anybody who knows and can possibly have some sort of picture or better yet video demonstration...?

Put a record on the platter and put the needle on the record. Adjust the height until the tone arm is parallel to the record when the needle is set on it. Don't have the needle on the recorde while adjusting since you could bump the tone arm accidently. Just keep putting it on to check till you get it parallel. That’s it. You can’t go by someone else’s #’s because different slip mat thicknesses will give different height requirements to get the tone arm parallel.

I have Stanton ST-150 and my height is @ 3.5

works like a charm.

I have those needles and have mine set at 2.5.

i believe the rule of thumb is that with the needle on the vinyl, the tonearm should be 100% paralel to the vinyl.

for those needles, i believe the recommended weight is 2.5
if it skips or jumps, add a little more. always try to keep it at the least possible, as this delays the wearing out of both the needle and your records.

as said above, adjust the tone arm height to where the arm is parallel to the record with the needle on the record. its not a complicated concept.
