yaaaa, he played it @ MNS, but he didnt play it @ giant! i'm not a big fan of that song though.
man, if there was one weekend for u to make the trip to LA, it was THIS past weekend!! :eyes: |

| So I show up at at 12:37 am and find the place super packed and the crowd just going nuts for Zabs. I couldn't find any TA's for quite a while and it was hot downstairs so my friends and I went upstairs and hung out for a while. I went back downstairs and watched Zabiela's magical hands work the out of his efx and was in awe at what this kid could do. I really respect his skill and everything he does but the music was ZZZzzzzz YAWN. I am not trying to disrespect Zabiela or anything like that but the tracks are just not my style. I found Michelle sitting alone staring into space at about 1:30 am and asked her what was wrong... turns out she was just as bored as I was. So to sum everything up, effects and manipulation are amazing, music is beyond ing boring. |

zabiela didnt do it for me at mns. but he killed it at giant.
the guy is still one of the most talented guys ive seen. he uses the mixer efx and cdjs like a secretary typing 100 wpm. no thought goes to it before he does anything, everything seems so natural. |

well to say the least, i had a great time. i find JZ's style so unique and so interesting to watch and listen to. i had a super great spot right in the corner beside the dj booth next to julia, who was in the booth almost :D). james is always working hard to entertain, amaze and astound us and whether or not his tracks excite you or bore you i think we can all agree he is amazing to watch! atleast imo.
michelle and i get there around 10:!5 and car bar and see tigo and his friend and chat them up a bit then head to the bar. we get in, get a drink, say our hi's and then both go to the restroom. as we are both taking care of business the lights suddenly go out! talk about dark, i couldn't see my hand in front of my face. so with the assistance of the cell phone light we make it out.
we run in to all kinds of TA's and just wait it out. JZ shows up and greets everyone, takes pics, signs stuff, answers questions, and just hangs out. such a wonderfully kind and sincere person, several big name djs could take notes from james on how to react to and treat fans!
the place got uber packed and extremely hot but i had tons of fun. so great to see all the TA's (it always makes my night so much better to share it with all you guys).
michelle and i finish the night at bob's big boy, yum! thanks michelle for everything that night, i know you suffered some but i also know that it was a fun night out, beats sitting at home ;) you are awsome as always. |

That ing dumb whore almost burned my eye!!! I could actually feel the heat from her cigarette on my eyeball, luckily Aaron shoved her once he saw that I couldn't move away anymore. I actually think she singed a few of my eyelashes :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip:
The term "dumb whore" is fair because she was obviously waving a lit cigarette in peoples faces which is dumb and the term whore is also correct because she made out with seven guys (we counted). |
