You can get one by going into your profile and turning avatars on, then there is like 55 to choose from or you can import your own as long as it is 100x100 or smaller, as for making on i dunno, but i woould imagine u just mean put in your own.

Hey people (Yes swamper you 2) do you still remember... the "toxic avenger" if it was called that?? It was a guy mutilated and given special powers by some toxic waste.. It was a REAL B- MOVIE lol.. and it sucked major ass.. But it was popular and a real cult movie...
