In a situation like this i feel it would be best to leave it up to another girl to mention this.. especially in a large group...
if the other girl doesn't notice her friends nips.. quietly mention it to her to warn her fellow female...
if there are no other girls present..quietly mention it to her.. without making a joke.. some girls can get really pissed about that.. especially if its in a big group of ppl...
if its just a one on one situation without anyone in hearing or gawking distance... i feel anyone (male or female) has the right to make a joke about it.... i know i would... however.. the old " is it cold in here" is well past its prime... try something with a little more flare... take for instance:
" sooooo....are you trying to smuggle raisins into the restuarant or what?"

Last month I was sitting in that park by Metro Hall and noticed a girl sleeping on the grass about 20 ft from me. Her tit was completely hanging out of her shirt and she was out cold. Everyone was walking by, laughing and giggling...Until she finally repositioned herself and i guess slipped back into her blouse. It was funny, but I couldnt help to feel bad in a way.

Srsly, what the hell kind of question is this? Why would you say anything? It's something that happens naturally and outside of one's control, it's not as if saying something will change anything or they made their nipples hard on purpose to invite pre-pubesent level comments.
On a side, my nipples are always hard so please don't bother telling me, I already know. Tweeking is, however, acceptable. |

1) why aren't these offenders wearing padded bras?
2) the only time i've stared at a girl's tip of the icebergs is this girl in summer school, had fairly bigger than average boobs and her nipples were LITERALLY UNDERNEATH her breast! She never really wore a bra and even I felt embarassed for her. |
