just how good are these headphones ive been reading a lot of good reviews about them but im still not too shure as it is a lot of meoney for me to spend on headphones ive got Stanton DJ PRO 3000 Headphones now i got them for around £100 just over a year ago but they have now broke and im quite dissapointed, so are Sennheiser HD25 really as solid as people say and just how good is the sound quality compared to other headphones on the market?

It's a question which usually would get you flamed to for not searching more etc..

But i'll be nice.

Buy them, you wont be disappointed. I promise! I thought the same then said, it.. Might as well go with what everyone keeps iterating, so i did. Have i looked back? Nah...

Love em to bits!

I use them every day.
I don't like them at all for djing.
I wish I had my old pioneer 1000s which are 40$ cheaper but sound much better to me.

I have used the pioneer hd1000's, the sony 7056
and the sennheiser hd25.

I would take my 1000's back if I could.

hmm... there's a stickied thread called 'Headfones'. It's massive and has TA reviews of most popular headphones, including the HD25s. You'd do well to reference it before asking questions about that sort of thing, or even better, asking your question in that thread. You'll probably eventually run into someone who yells at you for it.

Here's a link to the thread:

I personally don't care .. but maybe i'm not a jaded TA yet.

The Ultrasone DJ1 line is great to. I LOVE my pair, the bass is really crisp, they Isolate great, and you can pump any low freqency into them and not have them distort.

Just as N3lly i love my to death, they are lightweight and in difference of sound which are superior over other brands like Pioneer, Stanton etc.

They are very comfortable and won't get your head aching after hours of listening. They are also very durable and won't get broken in the first place and should they you can always buy spare parts.

But i rather recommend try them all before you buy.

Good luck! :D
