Ringing in my ears

Was at a club playing loud(really f**king loud) metal music last night, noticed my ears were ringing after I left & hearing was down, well, it's been a whole day & my ears are still ringing... :( my hearing is ok though..
Why do they have to crank the volume so damn loud, when you've had a few drinks you don't notice your standing right in front of a 10 foot tall speaker, I feel ear-raped.
Any idea's where I can get some decent earplugs that would be suitable for clubs? |

If it's the first time that's happened, I wouldn't worry too much about it (just take precautions next time). I've had them ringing for 3 days before & had them go back to normal (Damn you, Junkie! haha). I didn't really do anything to get them better. Just gave it time. Hope it works out, & yeah, ear plugs are a good idea. |

last year at the street parade i didn't wear protection for my ears, and from that day i've that ring in my ears, permanently.
it's not a big trouble, because during the day the others noises cover this ring, but when i'm in the silence it gives me some fastides.
so, if you don't want problem, wear EVER protections for yours ears |

| ive got permanent ringing in my ears, from firing cap guns a lot when i was a kid, i barely notice it anymore, but its there. |

| It's pretty common... the only reason why people don't cut off their ears is because the ringing is bearable... |
