| Stream works, quality is horrid....if you are going to do 48kbps, at least use AAC+.....but be warned that AAC+ is supported by only a few players (winamp 5.04+...) |

| The 'STREAM URL'..........is that the link you are talking about? It points to a site http://here.no-ip.info:8000/home.html which I would guess does not exist. In the DSP plugin for shoutcast, simply change the value for the STREAM URL, people usually make it a link to the main page for their stream.....I know I have mine setup in that fashion. |

| There is no bandwidth being used if there are no listeners. However, if your server is offsite, then the stream that you are sending would be using up some bandwidth, but it is nearly negligible, especially if you have many listeners. |
