good news...i've got someone to host the links. I'll try to get them up asap. I'll re-edit the sound part. Seems a bit controversial. More to come.

thanks so much your post . you basically showed me what i was doing wrong all along ,a lot of the things you mentioned i actually knew ,but kind of overlooked the importance of many of them ,but not any more i included a

sample

of what i came up with after i read your post ,its not much obviously doesn't sound like your melody but its a start and much better than some of my other trance work

Links are fixed, and new info on chord progressions and keys was added.

crazedonee - your sample sounds pretty good. I'm glad the tutorial helped you.

hey guys. I'm still finishing up the arrangement tutorial. Sorry, but it's been taking me a little while because I've been trying to work on my own track and fix some things with it. It'll definitely be up within the next few days. It'll cover mostly arrangement and maybe application of some effects like delays and reverb.

Another thing, try not to reveal the triad.. Example if the chord C E G never play just C E G maybe something C E D G or C E A G.

Can you please elaborate on this?

I have a question, how does he get those patterns, because its not the standard 4/4 measure.
