To summarize it for anyone on dialup:

It looks like they are in the middle of a game of soccer and there is a little bit of dust being blown around and then it erupts into a full blown tornado! They have some shots of it in the sky and you can see the dust and objects being twirled about in the sky. Everyone freaks out and runs like I've never seen before.

Can you hear the japanese guy yelling "GODZILLA!!!" haha.. maybe i'm lying...

I haven't seen one that big. But I have seen smaller ones also in football fields. It's fun when you try to follow them and dust gets inside your nose. Nothing dangerous happens unless there are big objects being tossed around, which was the case in the video.

EDIT: And it's football.

By the way, this happened but it wasnt a tornado. It was just a strong dust devil. The NOAA definition of a tornado is a violently rotating column of air extending from a cloud base to the ground. No storm, no tornado. However, by this definition, water spouts and land spouts are tornadoes.

Just sayin'.
