Hey everyone! I have decided to try and post this with a link to the mp3. Anyways, this is my latest track. It is the follow up to a track i did called The Departure. It is just as the subject says, big, energetic, epic trance. Please take a listen and let me know what you think. my suggestion is to post a link on something like YSI so that everyone can have a listen not just people on that forum. I don't feel like creating a new account that I'll use just to download your attachment.
Edit: I really want to hear it because I love the old Energtic/Epic Trance tracks so hurry it up! lol |

Alright time for a review...I'm listening to the 320kbps version
I was expecting something totally different at this point. Sounds like a breakbeat/progressive track. I'm starting to really like the vibe around 1:25. That really wide bass is pretty cool with the filter. Maybe a different sound for the arp sound panning around. It sounds pretty good, but I think a different sound would be a bit better. This is pretty original I'd have to say. Percs are kind of minimal up to the climax. Everything is kind of cluttered right now around 4:15 but the energy is now really here. I don't know about that vocal or maybe bring it in a little sooner. The mix is a little muddy I think, but overall it was a pretty good track. I haven't heard the original before so I can't say certain things. I think the bass could use some more bottom end to it because the wide delay is making it too weak sounding. I don't know what kind of remix this would be, but I enjoyed it. I feel like something is missing though...not sure what it is though. I think it might be lacking an atmosphere or something. |
