After 4 years of director changes and other delays, this film is finally going to be released on October 13, 2006!
The cast includes Rachel Weisz and Hugh Jackman.. and the score is performed by the Clint Mansell quartet!
It's the story of two lovers that spans literally 1000 years. The film is set in the past, the present and the future..
The Fountain is definitely a great concept and under the direction of Darren Aronofsky, it's bound to be a great movie to see. I absolutely love Aronofsky's style.

This movie looks astounding. However, I am expecting highly stylized visuals as opposed to a really solid plot with interesting characters. Will probably be one to definitely see in theatres.
