There actually could be coverage for the building damage. The owners of the building don't live in this country.....if they had no idea what was going on then there may be coverage.....that is part of what I will have to investigate.....the fact that they hired a property manager to look after the place may hurt or help their cause. I hope to interview the property manager this week and get more details on the whole ownership situation...the whole thing seems a little sketchy but can't make any judgements until I finish my investigation. |
