Left click start-->Left click run-->type 'cmd' (click 'ok')-->type 'ipconfig' (press 'enter')
and it should give you your ip |

| if you are going through a hub which is connected to your modem, ipconfig will not help you, you can get that information from your modem or just go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ |

| i think personal computers are given a dynamic IP each time they log on to the net. |
