nor cal parties/clubs help plz...

hello all:
i've recently just returned from europe, and during the trip i experienced clubbing for the first time. i was in budapest for the duration of the visit, and over there(like most of europe i assume) all clubs/bars/whatever are 18+, so it was easy enough to get into places.
one of the clubs that i went to too was kind of like a basement-like club, and it was small, 2 rooms, and played really great music and had a good atmosphere.
my question is, are there any little clubs or any venues in the city(or bay area) that are 18+, that focus on good music and good atmosphere. i know it's a long shot since most clubs and stuff thrive on alchohal sales and all, but i was really hoping that there would be some small, intimate places that have good dancefloors and djs that arn't 21+ only.
i'm just addicted to danceing now and i really would like to explore some cool places like the ones i found in europe. :conf: :conf:

| You're screwed. At least through this board. WOuld go ask on Bayraves.com. Largely a PLUR crowd, but lots of 18-20 year olds on there. |

+1 everyone on here only keeps up with the club scene as it is the best. |

excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by "PLUR", i checked out bay raves , seems like raver, hardcore/dnb stuff. i guess i'll just have to get a fake i.d. ;) |

a fakie is the best investment you can make as a youth in america... this country really sucks when it comes to accomodating under 21... i've never been to, seen or heard of a decent 18+ party... i went to an 18+ club once when i was 18 and never went back to one ever again
edit: i take that back, the one decent 18+ party was beach club, which was good because it was a summer pool party with donald glaude and christopher lawrence... that was the one exception. |
