Sorry to rain on the parade folks but a few small problems are present with this letter....
a) the CEO of a studio would not handle something such as employment disruptions, this would fall to human resources or to the producer of the picture.
b) every film is produced by a one-time shell company (for example if the working title is Georgia Rule then it would likely be produced by Georgia Rule Productions). This is done so that legal liability for any negligent actions is limited to the captive shell and not the larger studio. A letter such as this would be drafted on the captive's letterhead, not the studio's.
c) No professional dealing with an employee would ever employ the words "spoiled child" to characterize said employee (especially in a reputation heavy industry such as film.... liable and slander reasons).
d) "Bogus", the use of that word suggests an outright lie on the part of Ms. Lohan..... again, not something a professional would do. |

I don't disagree with that.
She's probably got amazing hookups for anything you'd ever want, and you know that you'll crash long before she does... It'd be a hell of a celebricracky night out... that's for sure ;) |
