Already out, so apologies if there's already been a thread.
This is basically the album to end all albums for musical snobs. Detroit techno legend Jeff Mills teams up with a French orchestra to perform orchestral versions of his back-catalogue. Awesome. Seriously, even if you couldn't care less about techno, check this out. It also has Jeff on drum machines to provide something to dance to. |

The snippets I've heard were relatively disappointing, although I can't really put my finger on the exact reason I thought so.
I'll give it another good listen in the next couple of days.. It might just surprise me (it's been a while since I've heard the previews). |

| a really rewarding listen. great to the orchaestras versions of mills tracks. still rather listen to a typical mills set tho. |

indeed another masterpiece by mills. Not as good as exhibitionist tho, but thats a completely different field.
Best orchesteral remix for me is X-101 - Sonic Destroyer, just amazing stuff :)
Im trying to get hold of hes new/old album/compilation, called Mission Objective, anyone listened to it? Any good ? |
