i make killer guacamole dip.
just mash up some perfectly ripe avocados. i use a fork and just keep mashing, but i like mine kinda chunky still...not like a pile of mush. then i use a garlic press and squeeze some fresh garlic in there, some lime juice, a little cilantro, salt n pepper, and then diced tomatoes....mmmmmmmmm! best dip ever. |

I use a store bought package to add to the avocados. If you convert the above to a recipe I could follow then I'll make your version next time! |
