Anyone familiar with Verizon Service on tech side of things?

I woke up this morning to find my LG VX 9800 phone on the ground next to my bed and saw that it had completely erased and deactivated itself. I dont mean just power down, I mean like it doesnt recognize that I have verizon service anymore.
Anyone know what could have happened and if I can reactivate my phone on my own? It sucks because I dont even have a landline to call their tech support.
Its so frustrating. Ive lost everything Ive downloaded, my calendar, my phonebook, etc

| do you have a sim card.. if so make sure its in the phone and someone isnt ing with you. If its in there make sure its in there right. That should be a good start for you. |

Just checked, everything looks in place. I live alone so noone could have messed with it during the night |

Use a Payphone to call for support or you could go to a Verizon kiosk/store |

i like my t-mobile plan
i get like 1500 minutes for 55 a month after taxes, no roaming, nights/weekends |

t-mobile is nice if u don't travel, otherwise service areas are really ty!!!!
i do wish though the MDA is available for sprint, the pc6700 has that aweful protruding antenna and is awefully large (almost a treo650/700p size). |
