Subtle
nice track.. sounds like its clipping.. and the cause of it being the bass.. the sub-bass can occupy alot of frequences and narrow the headroom in the track..

Are those Waveforms and the Spectrum for the entire track? or just a section of the track?

it's a part of the track, every 'peak' in the second image is the bassdrum kicking.

so what should i do tone the frequencys down in the bassline?

The waveforms are parts of the track; the spectrum is an average created by selecting all of the track in Sound Forge.

Highpass the rumble off for starters; enough to remove the sub frequencies, but not kill the sound completely. Depending on what's causing the offset, you may need to position it after the offending effect rather than at the start of the chain. I know some effects like Classic Chorus can introduce such an offset (too much content below 20 Hz 'offsets' the waveform), in which case you'll want to place the filter after it.

Also watch the frequencies around 200 Hz.

nice one sentinal, wanna give us a run down of what you used and how you did it?
DJSentinel
Well I want to keep some of it a secret but I use iZotope plugins with a couple of outboard gear, and since I am very proficient in DSP, when I listen to a track, I pick out flaws immediately, and know exactly how and why to fix them.

Send me your unmastered tracks to [email protected] and see for yourself!
Channel Surfer
wow so you have to to sit around and master peoples tracks....very nice of you... =)
DJSentinel
I don't "have to," I want to :-D

It's a good way to eat up time where I have producers block and can't think.

Channel Surfer
