What a nice (Wednesday) night out!
It was good to hear both Rich and Kevin play - it felt like a long time since I had seen either of them perform. Good flow and choice of tunes from all of DJs.
Unfortunately a drive back to Oakville and work on Thursday morning made my night come to an end earlier than I had hoped.
Wonderful to see everybody and thanks to the DJ's for playing great tunes and providing a wonderful sound scape for the evening. |

Can hardly bear Beba on the best of nights....was worried that it would be an oven in there!
I think this is the best group of local DJs in the city ( well, with the addition of Jon Jon that is)...we need to find a quality home for them on a Wednesday night or even a Friday. We were so stoked about kabin early in the season and then about Fez Batik...
Keep working at it boys...you deserve good things...and they will surely find you! |

I really think we could get something going if we had a reliable venue with cheap drinks. And by reliable I mean really good owners. The only way to get that, is if we get our own club somewhere. |

It was nicely air conditioned....in the back part that is. The front is still lacking a proper cooling system, but at least there is somewhere to go and cool of now.
Good times last night, nice to be out with so many good people.
Only slight downfall was the music was so loud it made it hard to socialize, which is what was mainly happening last night.

Even on Wednesdays Beba brings out the show in all of us, the minute i stepped into that place i was magically changed into a show.
Great times though, and as always the vip section in the streetcar made for a good ride home.
I agree with Danielle though, tunes should be a bit quieter, other than that though, top notch night! |
