How do I Roll ???

Im totally useless, im trying to roll for my freind, as i the only drug i have is Trance, is there any websites or links to help

| alright best way to roll is to tuck ur head in between ur knees and get into a ball position then kick off with ur back feet and stay in that ball position ull be rolling in no time =) |

| Or if you want to get really adventurous, just do a bridge by bending all the way back till your head meets the back of your heels curving your back as much as possible. Use your hands to grab hold of your ankle and then push forward with your feet. |

pick ur matress and bend it against the wall then try jumping on it while bending urself and roll over till u roll on the floor and u hit the other side of the wall.
