i heard these lyrics a while back, dont remember what set it is from or even where i heard it. if you can take a stab at it. Then i thank you in advance. :)

they go

"small town, usa, ordinary people, folks next door, walk down any street and who do you meet? your neighbor, and thats what it is all about"

then my mind got blurry on what he says for a bit, then it goes back into

"his obsession, garbage, his profession, sanitary engineer.."

and yea thats what i remember, the voice is kinda like a scratchy filtered old guy's voice if it helps, the beat of the track used a cowbell type sound while the guy talked.
