holy incredible new john '00' fleming tunes batman!!!

samples from 2 new tunes by j00f are on the main page of his website, sound brilliant :D one is by john, the other by john and wizzy noise. the first one, 'rasa lila', sounds like an old school goa tune, i love it :D very similar style to his remix of 'mahadeva'. the second one, 'endelexia', is more wizzy noise than john from the sample, but i think the j00f influence comes through in the break down, it has the wizzy beats and bass line, but isn't really a full on trippy psy trance track. anyway they sound mad from the samples on the site :D can't wait to get the full ch00nz!!!
also a new 2xcd mix compilation around september :D
shaping up to be a massive second half of the year for mr fleming :D |

Rasa Lila is really sweet. The melody after the little breakdown isn't THAT good, really, but it works.
Endelexia is cool too with those sweet synths and the awesome bassline. |

definitely hear an older goa-like progression on the first sample, but with a modern feeling to it. Sounds very nice.
As one of the biggest modern-day wizzy noise fans here, I can hear their kickdrum, and percussive elements immediately, What someone like John will add is something a bit different, as much as i love WN, there can be an element of sameyness on tracks made at a certain time. This seems a bit softer, more emphasis on the melodic side than usual. |

Endelexia sounds amazing. Got the Wizzy trademark to it. The melody is very simple, but works very well.
The vocals in Rasa Lila are great. I'd love to hear a Ricky mix of it though, that would be amazing. Dunno if there will be one tho. I'll be interested to see what Jays done with it too :)
