Stratford Ontario: Colonelcrisp's Review!!!!!!!

so last night i moved my friend to stratford ontario, small town (aprox 30 000) famous for its summer theatre festival. at first glimpse i thought this was a pretty lame town.... after a couple dozen beers, i found out that indeed this town was fun... started off the evening drinking heavily while playing kings. as i was the biggest person at the table all my friends decided it would be fun to assign me as many drinks as possible.... then the bad ideas ensued.
My friend didnt have any lamps in his house yet so i went on a mission to find him one.... 2 hours later i returned with about 7 NOMA moonray garden lights... dont remember where i got them.
after this we decided to go find a bar, well it was a bit of a hike as we didnt know where we were going but we found this one pub called bentlys i think.... no dancing, ty music, alot of yuppies but the redeeming factor was teh lazy waitresses, they came brought us the 8 pitchers we orderd then we didnt see them again for hours, which made it quite easy to dissapear without paying the tab......
then on the way back to my buddies apt, we saw a big CN train parked in a rail yard..... i felt it was our civic duty to see if we could get inside and drive the thing, as secretly i have always wanted to drive a train..... while hammered...
the train was locked unfortunatly (well kind of fortunatly actually lol) so we wandered back to my buddies place. i then realized how smashed i was and decided i needed to take a walk to clear my head a bit...... at some point on my walk i happened to see a baptist church and decided taht it would eb a good idea to sit on the steps for a bit....
6 hours later im awaked by the sound of church bells, and realized what had happened..... i passed out on the front steps of a church for the night, and now the church people were arriving.... boy did i get some great looks...
so i got up, figured out where i was sort of, and did the walk of shame back to my buddies place.....
key perks of stratford?
the police dont arrest you for being passed out drunk on the front steps of a church
gino's pizza was pretty sweet
and thats abot it.
i give stratford 8 beers out of 10 for its drunken hilarity |

| I really like Stratford. Pretty little town. We smoked a joint at the railroad tracks during a school trip to see a play. We came back late and lost our seats...so our one comrade had to sit beside the teacher for the entire duration of the play, baked as ...lol! |

Stratford is ok. I used to live there when I was younger. The park is really beautiful :) Otherwise, it's pretty boring.
EDIT: P.S. I can't believe Stratford got a better review than Waterloo. THIS IS A FRICKEN UNIVERSITY CITY!! :whip: |

well they key factors in the review were
-availablility of shawarma after the bar
-cops not threatning to take me to the drunk tank
so hopefully next time im in the loo ill have a better experience lol |

you should, karim sucks at teh fighting..... i wrestled him on his back porch one day in toronto and i almost broke his neck in the sleeper hold...... wasnt my fault... he was wiggling...
then there was the time be body checked me into a bulletin board at school and i got thumbtacks stuck in my shoulder.... but i still whooped his ass |
