at my uni, you need doctors notes if you miss tests exams etc.... so karim and i perfected the sure fire way to get a doctors not everytime, and in some cases a doctors not that spans an entire calander month...
20 mins before going to doctor, pop two 500 mg Niacin tablets on an empty stomach. 20 mins later your braking out in hives all over, running a massive external fever (core body temp doesnt go up a notch but your skin temp feels like your burning ujp) doctor checks you assumes its an alergic reaction. instant doctors note... an hour later no symptoms at all (or if you scarf down some soup or food it will kill it too) |

| I agree no one would challenge the runs, but someone has to have some different excuses they've pulled on people? Like pushing things to pure cheekyness playing with other peoples gullibilty. |

This guy at our work has a heart condition of some sort. He's fine as long as he keeps taking his meds, but he just blatantly uses the condition to get days off whenever he wants to.
Everyone knows he's abusing the system, yet the bosses do nothing... |

I just say " Ive got it coming out of both ends". If its monday or friday I show up and leave after a couple hours...because everyone will think you're full of even if you really are sick on those days and dont show up.
My old coworker had some of the lamest one.
-He had his wife call in for him (I busted his balls on that for a while)
-He had to stay home because his wife broke her ankle (WTF?)
- His Gout flaired up. He really had it but its like he would eat the wrong foods just to miss a couple days. |

1. My car broke down, and am currently being assisted, but won't be able to get to work.
2. I've got food poisoning.
Fortunately, most of friends work, so if I take off, it'll be just me and my cat smok'n out the living all day, so I just go...but those lazy days are the best if you work a lot. |
