I am surprised that this album isn't so hyped like I thought it would be. I mean, only 3 pages? :p

Good albums dont get hyped bro, you should know this after being here for a while ;)

Overall an incredibly forgetful album, though I find it better than Morning Sci-Fi. The cinematic orchestral sequences gimmick is wearing thin.

Whoever ranked this above BT's latest, clean our yer ears. BT actually lets the orchestra shine without subjecting it to the same old 4/4 (ok, will give Hybrid credit for trying 6/8) sequence.

Quite weird you're saying this seeing the orchestratic parts play a lot smaller part on this album than on the last two.

Late review I know but us poor Americans only got the Hybrid cd this past Tuesday. Wow, I am thoroughly impressed. Favorite tracks are (in no order) Just for Today, Hooligan Spirit (such an evil track), Dogstar, Keep it in the Family, and Until Tomorrow, but only because of the nice guitar work. Would love to get my hands on some kinda extended mix of Hooligan Spirit.

Hooligan Spirit reminds me so much of a Marilyn Manson guitar riff, I think for Beautiful People. I wouldn't mind an extended version of Hooligan Spirit either.

Hand on heart, one of the best pieces of work I've heard in a while. 'Just for Today' is a masterpiece and definitely a case of the best saved for last. Just amazing.

Wow, I was really kissing arse there.

This album is stunning. Better than both 'Wide Angle' and 'Morning Sci-Fi' IMO.

I bought it a week ago and finally got around to listening to it last night

Really good vocal performances underlain by rhythmic basslines that you can really get into. The non-vocal tracks have a dark feel to them.

Its the excellent basslines that make it for me - this was what was missing from Morning sci-fi. All the tracks build progressively and draw you in.

wow:crazy:

After listening to it over and over again

ITS SO AMAZING, unbelievable soundscapes and symphonic compositions...
each track is a single masterpiece, and the cd as a whole really takes me to another place.

I don't know enough words to express how much I dig this album
