computer help plz

ok so i have the "autohide" feature ON..... on the taskbar, for microsoft windows xp and i have "always on top" yet sometimes all my windows seem to want to stay on top of my ing tastkbar.... i cant think of anything more besides autohide and always on top .....
any ideas what could be causing this?

| firstly you'll need to go into your computer bios & take a screen dump of how many terra flops your computer has... |

the link will auto-hide the taskbar in case windows f's up and doesn't autohide it. |

since the subjects on toolbars....
how do i change the style of my windows tool bar, with out using window blinds or DesktopX etc.
