Where do I take this? (House tune)

So I started this tune up. It's rather simplistic as it is, and the thing I'm mostly attracted to is the bassline. Rolling sort of. Anyways, I'm stuck. Is this something to persue?

There is something about it that just doesn't cut it, maybe it just needs something more...
I'm thinking about naming it lucid or something similar. |

This sounds like a casio keyboard demo lol.
Sorry it dosnt sound like house music to me.
Had another listen...take out that "childish" high notes thing thats going on over the bassline,then just build the song on that bassline if u can. |

That bass line needs to be 1000x funkier. Overall song needs more FX and reverb too.

Agree, that lead just isn't doing it for me.

| I agree. Scrap the lead synths (for now at least). If you want to make a decent house track focus on your bassline. |
