I just couldn't turn this sucker off. The genre is techno breaks by Max Vasquez who I just had the pleasure of listening to. I never heard of this guy, but he seems well rounded based on his other tracks of which aren't limited to just techno, but I digress. The sample itself is very bangin' and reminds me of the way older techno/house music was being produced. Enjoy!
