Well... I'd say there's quite a few more differences than that.... but these are the basic ones. :)

i have a manual... love it
but @ certin times... i much rather drive my parents automatic... alot more chillin, specially in traffic.. bumper to bumper highway traffic with a manual ftl |

from a pure function standpoint those are the main two.... if i wanted to nit pick there is a pissload more parts to an automatic transmission than a manual. |

+1, love playin with the tiptronic feature on my car..
paddle shifters are a lotta fun too |

+1...Steptronic ftw. I abuse it at times, though...
EDIT: So yeah...automatic most of the time, but I switch it over when I feel like it aka when violating far more laws than usual. |
