Yes speedracer that is the one... cops always coming and sending us home,, even when were chillin..now they just give the bars a hard time until they close up... this city sucks!!!! I used to go to the Fratt House on "Goth" night..it was great because alot of prodigy, nine in nails..hard music techno type... but they closed to... there's no place left to party!!:(

yah 2 years ago well maybe 3 now me and my friends went to st.kitts all the time. We went to frat house quite a lot cause of the $2 drinks on fri. We went for goth night once. My friends are into alternative and some r into the hardcore sceen but they still couldn't take it on goth nights. Haven't been to st.kitts in 2 year really.

Don't blame ya for not coming around in two years... not missing much!!!:)The frat house can be pretty ,,lets say "different" but my friends and I just minded our own business, and so did everyone else. We stuck out like a sore thumbs,,,but we had a great time!!!! I miss that place..

It'll be sometime in mya because we all have Exams, woudl anyone be interested in comign to a party with good music in Hamilton??

we're serious about this, it's not a joke/scam, rigth now we're working on getting a date set that good for me, him and the DJ's

it was originally Apr. 27, btu personal problems pushed it back a bit, so lemme know if anyone is interested in hearing real music in hamilton

Party in Hamilton? You have to ask? If you're friends are good and enough people know about the party, of course I'll go. I remember back in November last year, my boyfriend and my friends went to a techno party downtown Hamilton. It was in the basement of a restaurant. The guy who threw it or whatever, well his father owned the place so everything was cool. There were quite a few people there. It was really good. So, yeah, if you can arrange a party, that would be awesome!!!

I'm from St. Catharines but I have been in Hamilton for a couple years for school. Whatever happened to Liquid Lounge and Vivid? I remember there was another after hours place near Fulton's. You're right St.Kitts is pretty ty for parties n stuff..but what's going on in the Falls?? I wonder if there's stuff going on we don't even know about...and it's not even far from here. Apparently there's gonna be a bunch of djs spinning house, techno, and breaks at HOME on April 27...It's not trance but I like alot of house and techno too. Never been there but I heard it sucks..ah well.

I used to go to Vivid. I loved it there. Mike Conradi spun awesome . Too bad they shut it down. As for Home, yeah I heard it sucks too. I've never been and don't plan on going either. Hey, has anyone heard of a new club in Stoney Creek called Night at the Roxbury? I heard that it cost 1.4 million to make and it looks like a movie house.
speedRacer
I am basing this on someone else's experience. About 10 friends wents to the place last friday night. I went with friends to the usual friday hangout. They got all deck up. Its ownned by the same owner as Roxy's in Eastgate. I haven't been there in 6 years and don't plan on ever going back. Well the place was dead on friday night. noce place with a valet. One guy loved it the other said it was borring. Compared to S***sh in burlington. I don't want to say the name because i will get in trouble for it but u know.

Speedracer, do you know if Roxbury used to be Roxxy or is it a different club? I remember going to Roxxy a looooooooooooong time ago. I think that was the first club I went to (I'm so ashamed). It is probably the smallest club in the whole world and the cheeziest. When I went, songs like Fat Boy and those other cheezy dance songs were popular. I don't know why the Hamilton area tries to make money with dance clubs. Does anyone remember Monopoly? That club and the old Fever were the only good clubs. Then, Monopoly went bankrupt and the old Fever was raided for drugs and now we have nothing!!!
rockster77
yeah...i remember monopoly. or should i say whopopoly. actually, i really liked monops. it was a good club for hamilton's standards. the old fever was too much of a dungeon. i like the new renovations.
speedRacer
i mentioned it before but no one remebered. Long long before the drug raid @ fever it was good. I mean ....8 years ago. No one remebers. When the now hip hop side( well all of fever is hip hop now) was the only place u heard techno/trance in hamiltion. Please tell me someone remebers!!!! U guys r making me feel old. :sadgreen: No roxbury is not the same club as roxxy but owned by the same owners. Less than a block away from roxxy's. In battlefied plazza. Where Valu Villige is, right beside it.
