Ben your smoking something man or clearly havent been to london recently. U can get from LAX to LHR non-stop flight on Virgin Atlantic for around $595us round trip depending on your departure date. I know i took it in May. From LHR you can easily catch the tube (subway) to Liverpool Street Station. From there you catch the Stansted Express train to Stansted Airport outside of London for about $25us. The train drops you off inside the aiport terminal. From Stansted u can catch either an Easy Jet or Ryan air flight to Barca for about $80us round trip. Not sure how much it costs to fly to Ibiza but you can easly get to Spain for under $800!

Grats to Des for charging the trip SOLO and meeting up with her friend after a few days. I know what thats like, I honestly would recommend it. Whenever you go solo cool always seems to happen.

what an insane trip girl but sounds like lots of crazy good times hopefully outweighed the bad. you are clearly a rock star! hope to make that trip next year

Yeah Stansted is awesome for low bugdet airlines. Easyjet, RyanAir, Monarch, First Choice, GO.....etc.....it's ridiculous how cheap it is. Southwest ain't got on Euro low budget aiirlines, I flew from Salzburg Austria to Stansted for 25 euro. I flew Thomas Cook the first time I went to Ibiza 2 years ago but this time I was like, "I'm treatin' myself" blah.....oh well.......

But 130 one way just to get out of Ibiza, is a liberty! I've done many trips on my own, I went to Trance Energy on my own too, I often take trips to England and cruise around as well. I went to Mallorca, Taiwan, other various destinations enjoy it and also catch a DJ play. And yes I was well chuffed I was chillen with Mike Skinner, I was like, "this is wicked!" I love the streets. Whenever I go over to the UK, I listen to alot more grime, DnB, garage type music, it's more versatile.

Hi! I'm here for the gang bang. :whip:
Cool1g
that's funny about they guys from BH that had no clue about the music history of the island.

on my 2nd or 3rd trip to ibiza (i forget), i met these guys from New Jersey who were there because they thought it was going to be like spring break. they were pretty funny but as you can expect they had more fun in San An than in the big clubs.

"Mitch Martin: True love is hard to find, sometimes you think you have true love and then you catch the early flight home from San Diego and a couple of nude people jump out of your bathroom blindfolded like a goddamn magic show ready to double team your girlfriend... "

by the way you are very brave for making that intire trip BY YOURSELF!
I don't know anyone that could do that....

traveling alone is great. it forces you to come out of your shell and interact with locals and your fellow hostelers. on my last euro trip i meet tons of people, many of whom have turned into great friends. although traveling alone as a girl seems a bit dangerous...

I got my plane ticket from SF to Ibiza for $972.70 after all taxes and fees. I am staying in a double room for 11 nights @ a total of $34 a night (split is $17 a night).

Total airfare/hotel is $1159.70

I am going to Ibiza for the first time in Sept... I am pretty stoked!

You can, some people always say, "I wish I could go......" but you can, anyone can if you wanna go bad enough. I said to myself at the beginning of the year, "this year I'm going to both places, I don't care how I get there and how I find the way to get there, I'm going!" LOL

I lived in Europe in various countries and I just kind of adapt to cultures or blend in. Sometimes I think to myself that I am crazy going places, walking down roads, entering clubs in the wee hours, hopping on planes, trains and automobiles, but I end up having an experience to remember and meet people along the way. My mom always says, "where are you now?" Cause half the time I don't even tell her I'm leaving out of the state let alone out of the country. When I gogo danced in Taipei awhile back, she was terrified I was gonna get pond off to a pimp and be a slave girl. But can't live life in fear or in a box, just gotta do it.
