Computer question.

Although this isnt a gaming question, Im sure those of you that are heavy into it will be able to help me...
Im looking to piece together a new computer, for the first time, and replace my 5yr. old Dell. The use of this computer is just for regular use and some recording (mixes and possibly production) - so it has to be seamless.
Right now, Im looking at this:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe
Asus P5W DH Deluxe
OCZ Platinum 2GB (2x 1024) PC6400, DDR2-800MHz
XFX GeForce 6500 TurboCache
The tower is gonna have 2 120mm fans (front & back), as well as one fan over the CPU - I have every intention of doing some over clocking.
The biggest question I have is, how much wattage do I need in the power supply for this? |

| I advise going 6600 or better for the vid card... 6500 is a bastardized version based on the 6200... half the pipelines means a LOT of graphics processing power lost. |

I want a cheap graphics card, I have no reason to get any kind of impressive card. |

HD: Seagate Barracuda 7200.9: 250GB
Video: MSI Geforce 6600LE: 256MB GDDR2
PSU: CoolMax CP-500T 500W
Case Fan: ThermalTake Smart Fan II: 120mm (2x)
CPU Fan: *Still deciding*

- Not sure about this one, it came with my old computer. I dont know if I want to take it or not because the Motherboard comes with Realtek ALC882M (8 channels). |
