Bubbly electronic twinkle sample?

ive been hearing this in some tracks. a very faint electronic bubbly twinkling sound. i think it's a sample because it sounds pretty much the same in every track i hear it in. so far i hear it in:
Kyau vs Albert- Are You ine, Acute- Exodus, and Matt Abbot vs Activa- Liquefaction (Under Sun Mix)
comes in during more quiet parts, just a little twinkle.
anyone know what it is?
