A little OLD BUT: did you guys know that BT wrote the "POP" song for N'Sync.

BT was recently asked to collaborate with boy band sensation N'Sync. The work together yeilded the N'Sync's hit single "Pop" which BT produced. In a recent interview with Roland, when asked about the seemingly unusual match, BT had this to say:
"... right from the beginning they were asking if we could do some songs together for their next record. I was like 'Yeh it's cool, it's flattering, but you guys do this commercial stuff and I do underground electronic music, and I'm not sure that would be fruitful for anybody.' Then Justin rang me up one night and said 'I want to do a song like "Hip Hop Phenomenon",' which is this mental breakbeat track that I did for the U.K. version of my album, and I was like 'If you really want to do something cool like that, I'm totally down to do it.' And that's how it began." |

This was kinda old, but yeah I think it's pretty cool that he did that.
If you take out the stupid boy band and lyrics, the tune is DEFINITELY his style. Good beat, nice breaks, and alot of movement.
Good track. At least it wasn't Darude doing a track with them, hahhaha

| hmmm i like BT... but that song "pop" SUX!!!! is that song suppose to be good? hmmmmm i dont really think so..... but hey.. i give props to BT for try'n something new... hopefully he wont turn into a boyband producer in the future b/c my image of BT will be forever changed if that happens =) |
