Cubase Imported Audio Files

I have the BPMs set to exactly 140, when I export separate channels in FL Studio as separate WAV�s and import them through Cubase, they sound off beat? How come their not sync�d even though i have the master BPM set to 140?

| you have to time stretch your audio first to 140 bpm. |

set the cubase bpm to 140bpm 'fixed'. it is set at 120bpm 'track' from startup. |

| Make sure it's not being imported in musical mode? (Little icon will be in corner of audio file) |

it is in musical mode. how can i disable that? |

| Ctrl + P - uncheck the musical mode box. |
