Help me Id this Z103 tune...then i delete thread like it never happened

Its a latin/house tune with what i think was a whistle, black guy vocals, very island like, a guitar sounding, happy vibe.
i only remember one word.......rainbow
i was very very hammered in montreal....i heard this tune everywhere. put a smile on my face everytime
