i used to read comic books when i was in middle school. recently i found out you can download .cbr comics. now i have a huge collection. i religiously read x-men now. come on, they were my favorite as a kid.

Any of you guys ever read The Watchmen by Alan Moore? Check it out if you haven't already, its totally ing awesome. Alan Moore also wrote V for Vendetta and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, which are also sweet comics :)

Never was into DC...I do have the death of superman the original. And a bunch of Marvel and Image.

oh that was classic with the black cover and superman logo. i think there were two versions of the cover actually - a special release and a standard release.

gimmick covers were all the rage back then.

I know there was at least 3 reprints...I have the black with the bleeding superman logo in a bag still sealed. I picked up a 3rd reprint so I could actually read it. I have spawn 1,2,3 and a few others worth a pretty penny at the time...now most are pretty much worthless:sadgreen:
