This comes from another school assignment. This time for my MIDI systems class (which has further opened my eyes to the power of midi, I mean I knew it was a great thing, but WOW).
Anyway. Our second project. We were assigned to create something souly in Reason 3. And I haven't composed entirely in reason in a while!
I have included a 192kbps Mixdown,
and a ZIP with the project, refills and samples neccissary.
There were only TWO drum samples used, the rest of the drums were made with subtractors. Also, this project had to be no greater than 2 minutes. So that's how long it is.

starts off really slow...
but when it gets go'n its catchy as hell. love the little vocal riffs panning in.
i can see this playing in a commercial for a smart car booting around the city streets :) |

Thanks for the feedback.
Yea. It is kinda slow from the beginning, I bumped up the BPM to 170 and it flows really nice. And im continuing to clean up the mixing and effects.
I hope it smashes my classmates.
I'll keep working on it.
And as a reminder.

I have a new mix of the track. It's heavily limited and mastered... mixing is still rough, but it should come out loud and proud from whatever you're listening to it on.
