This has nothing to do with Trance, but I'm sitting here behind my computer and watching at my Keyboard.
The Question:
Why on earth is there a SCROLL LOCK on the panel?
If it has any purpase, please let me know!!!!!!!!! |

hehehe... your post made me curious, so i found this on google:

"I would just like to know what the scroll lock key does. I have been using computers for years and never used the scroll lock feature, I did ask a few computer tech guys and they didn't know. Do you?"
The Scroll Lock key on your keyboard is a little like your appendix---a vestigial organ left over from earlier stages of evolution. Today, it serves no useful purpose.
Well, that's a little harsh. The Scroll lock still does function today in the few apps that are designed to use it. In some spreadsheets (Excel, for example) if you press the Scroll Lock key you can then use the arrow keys to scroll through a worksheet.
But an application has to be programmed to monitor the state of the Scroll Lock key in order to do anything with it, and most apps simply ignore it.
