| The Virgin Festival is in rocking compared to ours, but cant complain, they just added my favorite band to Virgin Festival in Toronto on the second day. So I get to see The Strokes twice this summer! woot! |

you really can't compare the UK festivals with ours .. it's like lightyears away ..

I am going to the one here too... this is my 7th consecutive English one and the line ups weren't that good 7 years ago BUT, as with anything, it is all about who you are with!!
Looking forward to being an attendee at the first ever Canadian one! Good times with The Strokes and I can't wait to see Massive Attack!
Completed all my work, done my handover, just waiting to get picked up now!

Hi guys!!!
WET WET WET WET WET
Yes it PISSED down all weekend and we got muddy and cold but I still managed to have a great time. I have taken some pics and footage - Faithless were amazing as usual and you can see the best part of 50,000 people bouncing to Insomnia, enough to send a chill down your spine.
Nic, you need to respond to the 'How many beer' thread as you are a phantom bruiser too - seems we are not alone.
Feel a little dead inside from the debaucherous weekend so recovery is top of the list. Forecast says it is going to rain all week - why did I move away? I don't know, I'm sure ;)
I understand you guys are having glorious sunshine - think of me in my waterproof and thermals :(
