I just got this program tonight. :)

Anyone else have it? Have you built any of your own synths with it?

Made a quick little noise / drone thing with Skrewell:

whoa that IS pretty cool! I have reaktor 5 but am still trying to wrap my head around it. how do you recommend getting started, my friend?

that would be a KILLER sound to mainpulate, btw. try time-stratching just a section to hear it all grainy and whatnot, hehe

I dunno, I have just been opening up the different devices and tweaking their controls to see what happens. Some of the layouts are really unconventional, so it's kind of hard to figure out what's going on without actually manipulating the controls. It's a lot of fun, though. The sounds you can get out of the different generators are mesmerizing.

I'll probably try to figure out all the built-in ensembles before I consider building my own.

Here's another ambient bit, some Reason sounds with Space Drone as a background:

"Program Child" is one of the guys who made some of the default Reaktor ensembles, and he has some more Reaktor instruments on his site that you can download for free:

I like "Sort of the Rings" and "Monic."
