In may I moved out of the house i'd lived in since I was 7 years old (I'm nearly 25 now) and it was very hard. It only got easier because we're staying at my nan's until the new house is ready to move into, so i literally moved into a familiar place, but it was a hard job, leaving rooms so empty, that had so many memories. The things we'd kept but knew would never be any good again, but still kept them, like our snooker table which hasn't worked in years. Have you considered wrapping it up & shipping the cat ? |

oooooooh i didn't think........ american :p Snooker is mainly played by british, maltese & chinese (although there's a couple of aussies around, but one is banned for life now ;))
it's a table game with balls, like pool with a cue etc...
quick rules
you have to pot the reds first, they're all worth 1 point. After potting a red, you go for a nominated colour. if you get that, you go backto the reds again. there's a lot of money in it, and the maximum break is 147 (15 reds and 15 blacks) plus all the colours. The numbers symbolise how much each ball is worth point wise. A full size table is much bigger than the home ones (which are usually 6ft big) |

i officially moved out of my mom's house when i was 18 (i moved out when i was 16 but a lot of my was still there), and since i was moving halfway across the country i could only take a carload of my belongings with me. at the time, i had to throw out and give away and sell a lot of my old stuff, and it didn't bother me then because i was just so ing happy to be moving somewhere new... but looking back i wish i had been able to keep some of the things i got rid of.
oddly enough, the thing i was most upset about was my stereo system. it wasn't anything special, but man i loved it! i sold it to my friend Jen for $30. |

When I moved out I left pretty much everything behind. I didn't even have a bed when I moved here.
The only thing I truly regret is leaving half of the CD's to my brother (we co-owned them, what can ya do), the rest was just worthless junk. |
